Captain's Meeting
October 11th Meeting Minutes
1) Welcome
2) Team Attendance: Team captains were encouraged to provide their names, venues, emails and
phone numbers by sending it to Leslie.goit66@gmail.com.
4 teams are needed to create a league, we possibly have 8 teams
Leslie will contact lan and Bong to register their teams.
3) League Format will be Round Robin - One Division
4) Registration Deadline - Leslie will be sending detailed information on registration. Registration
can be done by emailing Leslie.goit66@gmail.com on or before Oct 19th,
5) Board of Governors - if two teams come to a disagreement that cannot be resolved, the two
teams must submit the issue in writing for a ruling from the board of directors. The board of
directors consists of Morley, Sheldon, Trevor, Pearl and one more person is needed.
6) Scoring and Handicapping: Score sheets will be available at the venues.
7) Sportsmanship: In cases where a foul is in question, when asked about it, the shooter cannot lie.
8) Scoresheets: Scoresheets must be legible. They must be report to Trevor Smith by email at
tundratekk@gmail.com or text 867-446-4988 by the end of pool matches on Wednesday.
9) Statistics will be available on the Facebook page by Tuesday of each week. Additional
information of the league, blank scoresheets, how to keep score will also be made available
