11. New Business:

a. Fundraising – Trevor Mashall raised the opportunity to tap into possible funding sources such as the City of YK. The attendees were interested in finding out more information on this funding as well as MACA and Sport North. There was an agreement that we could pursue league fundraising such as 50/50’s, with the people doing the work of fundraising being able to access it for travelling to southern pool tournaments.

b. Scotch Doubles Tournament – Dean Willis advised the attendees that a Scotch Doubles tournament was scheduled for Saturday October 14th at the Raven Pub. The sign up sheet is at the bar and a minimum of 10 teams required.
